Becca is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These approaches allow her to help clients navigate challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other emotional or behavioral struggles. As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), Becca has specialized knowledge and tools for working with individuals with ADHD, helping them tackle issues like focus, impulse control, and executive functioning. She enhances this expertise by integrating mindfulness practices, drawn from her Mindfulness Certification Training (MCT), to foster self-compassion, improve awareness, and build emotional resilience in her clients.
With a diverse background in mental health, Becca has worked with foster youth, served as an inpatient therapist in a drug and alcohol facility for underserved women, and coordinated eating disorder prevention programs in schools. She is particularly passionate about helping teens and young adults navigate the complexities of adolescence and early adulthood, while also offering support to parents in balancing their children’s needs with their own well-being. Becca’s personal experience with her family’s journey through dyslexia, ADHD, OCD, and anxiety fuels her dedication to helping families manage and thrive despite these challenges.
Becca works with clients aged 10 and up, addressing a broad range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, academic struggles, OCD, social difficulties, self-harm, suicidal ideation, addiction, and parent-child conflict. She is committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space for individuals of all backgrounds. Becca’s approach centers on empowering individuals and families to build resilience, foster meaningful connections, and ultimately thrive.
Becca finds deep fulfillment in hearing her clients’ stories and supporting them in realizing they have the power to reshape their narratives. She values the connections she builds with clients, ensuring they feel truly heard, seen, and understood in a safe, non-judgmental space.
Outside of her professional life, Becca enjoys spending time with her two kids, two dogs, and her ever-supportive husband—while expertly dodging stray LEGOs like an Olympic sport!
