On Call Coverage
Please call 911 for any true emergencies. For other urgent problems, our medical practioners cover phone calls from our patients seven nights per week. We request that you reserve after-hours call for truly serious concerns. Medication refills and appointment matters will be handled during business hours only.
We encourage patients to use our secure, HIPPAA-compliant portal to communicate non-urgent concerns. It is a great way to send a general question at any time of day (even in the middle of the night in your pajamas) and get a clear answer back without the hassle of “phone-tag.” If something is more urgent or requires a timely response, please make sure to use our general office number during office hours (or reach out to our on-call providers if you have more serious concerns).
We offer televisits for ESTABLISHED PATIENTS for most of the conditions we treat. Please call the office to schedule.
We ask that you fill out appropriate forms within 24 hours prior to your visit to get the most out of your appointment with us. These will be available for your provider to review with you during your televisit.
