Everyone’s story is unique and challenging in its own way. I believe life is a journey of learning how to be your best self, and this is not always easy. Sometimes we need support in learning about ourselves and how to move through life’s difficult challenges. I believe therapy can be an effective tool for gaining insight into who you are now, who you want to become, and how to get there.
I am a trained person-centered clinician who utilizes aspects of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness in my work with clients. I work to create an environment filled with warmth, acceptance, and free of judgment. My areas of specialty include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and body image. I am trained in EMDR, which is an evidence-based modality for trauma.
