I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor specializing in the treatment of Codependence, Adult Children of Sex Addicts, Partners of Sex Addicts, Developmental Childhood Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Betrayal, Infidelity, Love Addiction, Love Avoidance, and Attachment.

I began my 30-year career working at The Meadows Treatment Center in Wickenburg, AZ learning Pia Mellody’s Post Induction Therapy Model of Developmental Trauma.  In addition, I spent part of my time at The Meadows as the Assistant Director of Sexual Disorder Services under the direction of Patrick J. Carnes, Ph.D.  Having worked and trained with 2 of the foremost Recovery Pioneers of our time uniquely qualifies me to assist you in your healing journey. We are all hard wired for connection, relationships and healthy, safe attachment.  My passion is to aid you in learning how to become the best version of yourself!  I truly believe everyone holds their own answers inside their heart.  We all need guidance from others who have traveled this journey before us and daily connection with others on the same path.  Safety and confidentiality are of utmost importance to me in providing you the ability to reconnect with your Self and heal.  You will find my therapeutic approach to be kind, sensitive, body- centered, educational, experiential, mindful, direct and empowering. Lastly, I use a combination of the following treatment modalities:  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Post Induction Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness, Grounding, and EMDR.
