Changing your relationship with food and your body can be a very profound experience that requires compassionate understanding and support. Pam’s unique style blends a solid foundation in the science of nutrition and personable, non-judgmental support. She believes that food is to be enjoyed, adequate and delicious and that eating this way can lead to a life that you love. Pam works with children, adolescents, and adults with disordered eating, eating disorders and body image problems. In addition to individual nutritional counseling, Pam facilitates an outpatient adolescent eating disorder group that she runs with Cynthia Hutchins, MS, LPC-S.
Pam is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian. Pam graduated from LSU with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and received her Masters in Nutrition from TWU. Her experience ranges from both inpatient and outpatient settings with all types of eating disorders. She has over 20 years of experience and has teamed with Girls to Women/Young Men’s Health and Wellness since its inception.
