Cynthia Hutchins MS LPC began her career in 1982 as a counselor in a community mental health setting. Through this agency, she opened two branch offices, one that served the mental health needs of a rural community and another on the campus of Arkansas State University. She has been the Coordinator of two hospital based eating disorder programs. She has been in private practice since 1995 treating adolescents, adults, families, and couples. She has specialized training in psychodrama, EMDR, marital therapy, and eating disorders. During her 25 years as a counselor, she has been a speaker at workshops, colleges, schools, and the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. Dedicated to community mental health, she has volunteered as a facilitator for a free eating disorder support group (ANAD) for the past 18 years.
