Carol Ann is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist-Licensed Dietitian a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals [IADEP]. She is a graduate of Texas Christian University. She has 20 years of experience working with individuals from the age of 8 up to 72 and their families in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She believes in a treatment team approach and has worked closely with therapists to help each client separate food from feelings. She has studied with experienced professionals across the country in a variety of treatment modalities, neurobiology and behavior change techniques. Through the combination of client centered nutritional therapy and compassionate, knowledgeable dietary guidance, clients are able to find a peaceful relationship with food, weight and body image. She has worked with a wide variety of eating issues including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder and avoidant restrictive food intake disorder [ARFID]. She has been a featured presenter at TCU, parent groups, schools, daycares and physician groups.
