SHARE Workshop (Sexual Health And Relationship Education)
For ages 13+ For small groups of teenagers and young adults.

Each workshop is designed to meet the individual needs and concerns of the group.
These small workshops are designed to give young women the facts they need about healthy relationships and safe sex. Adolescents are exposed to issues around sex and sexuality, directly and indirectly, to an extent that can be scary for some of us who may be from a different age or generation. This program encourages abstinence while providing comprehensive information about relationships, sexuality, and safety.

The media portrays that everyone is doing "it". But are they really? Does your teenager understand what the ladder of intimacy is? Pop culture is teaching our children that couples go from meeting at a party to the bedroom. But what can and should happen in between?

Topics covered will include:

  • Defining what abstinence means for you
  • The ladder of intimacy
  • Myths versus facts about sex
  • Characteristics of healthy relationships
  • Warning signs when a relationship is turning into an unhealthy relationship; how to get out of an unhealthy relationship; and where you can turn for help
  • Contraceptive choices

This workshop is scheduled for small groups of friends. For more information about scheduling a workshop, please contact .
